Owner Nick Liuzza has a passion for building homes that can easily be seen in his work. Before using his talents to launch NJL Custom Homes, Mr. Liuzza gained experience with Missouri’s largest homebuilder for over 10 years. During his time with his previous builder, he served as a project manager where he gained an invaluable amount of knowledge in all aspects of the home building process. This includes construction management, customer service, plan design, sales, marketing, estimating and purchasing. He has managed the construction of over 700 homes in the St. Louis area and is truly an expert within the home building industry.
