We have worked with Norther Concepts a number of times to provide 3d renderings for their projects. They have been extremely professional and a joy to work with. Northern Concepts is always extremely organized and well prepared.

Our renovation was a large project in a condo. It included new floors, new kitchen, full painting, new bathrooms, new lighting among other things. We really enjoyed working with Shawn. He's very honest which is very hard to find in this business and always went the extra mile to take care of us. We also had a very rapid timeline due to a new baby arriving and he really worked hard to get our renovation done in time. I would highly recommend working with Shawn and Northern Concepts.

This company went the 'extra mile' in keeping close communication with us in planning and executing a renovation of our condo while we were preparing to list and sell our house, packing, and getting ready to move. The Project Manager Steven Wilson and Contractor Shawn Wilson arranged for selecting materials, explaining the process of permits and getting the right information for our condo strata paperwork. One year since we moved in and we love our place - 'better than new' - as everything chosen for our taste.
