I was unfortunately a sub contractor for Pacific Rim. My company made countless metal railings for many of these new homes. Everything was great until it was time to get paid. Invoices started taking 60, 90, and even 120+ days to be paid. I invoiced them in May of 2022 and after almost begging finally got a payment for work we completed October of 2022 it took them 5 months to pay. They claimed the "internal" issues where behind them so I have them another chance. Currently I am still awaiting payment for items I invoiced in November of 2022! Buyer beware, several of these homes flooded out do to poor plumbing before the new owners even had a chance to move it. These are not "luxury homes"
