My wife and I met Tony Roz and Perret Homes during the Showcase of Homes in 2013. We were drawn to the layout of one of the Perret Homes. After my wife and I discussed our plans with several different builders , we made our decision and contacted Tony with Perret Homes. After talking with Tony, I was impressed with his follow up and straight-forwardness. We asked for several modifications to the layout at several different stages along the way and received the drawings, along with the cost variance, sometimes the same morning. The initial quote was spot on and the only cost adjustments came from our requests to upgrade or modify. They began construction in June 2014 and we moved in October 2014. Since this was the first time my wife and I had been through the building process, we had MANY questions, but not one of them went unanswered by Tony or Perret Homes. Also, since it was our first time building a home, we don't have anything to compare this experience to, but we can't think of anything that would have made it easier or smoother for us. Tony also followed up several times after we moved in to see how things were going. Again, I can't think of anything they could have done to make the process smoother (besides move all our personal belongings from our old house to the new one.......but in their defense, I never did ask them!!). Our plans are to retire in this house. But if, for some reason, we find ourselves building again, Tony and Perret Homes would be our first stop.
