I have talked to contractors and have looked at several videos concerning putting drywall on screened lanais. They all say that is not a good idea at all. We had the the sheet rock mud fall out of our ceiling after three years. Because of our 5 year warrantee Preimer redid the ceiling after putting us off as long as they could. We now have the same problem and they are long gone from Motts Landing. We are really, really upset that they would put sheetrock on an open porch to save a few dollars on a 500 thousand dollar plus home.
