Redwood Builders, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for finding Redwood and working with Marshall and Blake on my home. When we first visited my potential house, you and Blake were so kind to come with me several times to look at everything inside the house and help me decide on whether I should purchase the home. We all knew it would be no easy feat to remodel since it flooded in Harvey and needed extensive work. We didn’t just need work to the cosmetic components, but we had to do foundation work as well, that was probably the riskiest part of the project and you guys did such a great job. I am so glad we decided to reface the fireplace and rip out the big dividing wall. It opened the house so much and my kids can run around without obstruction which is a big win. Beyond the construction, your team also helped us decide on finishes, paint colors, appliances, flooring, tile, cabinetry and even landscaping. We were completely lost about what we wanted! We’ve never remodel a home before and truthfully had no idea how many decisions we would have to make – like picking grout colors. Instead of trying to use fear on me like the other contractors did when I met with them, you two guided me in a professional way through the good, bad and the ugly that would be the transformation. Of course, we would have loved for it to be a 1- or 2-month project, but that just wasn’t feasible, and you guys were honest about the timeline. That helped us tremendously because we were able to plan better. I can’t say it enough times, thank you! My wife and Mother were both completely against purchasing the house because they couldn’t see the potential and felt it too risky. Now we’re beyond happy to call this place our home and Raising our two beautiful children here feels like a dream. On occasion I’ll look at old photos of the house and I can’t believe what it used to look like. Your designer did an amazing job by helping us come up with a new floor plan and deciding what could stay and what needed to go. Also, Dylan loves his room! I have been working with Blake, (owner) and his AMAZING team for a few years. They're professional and do high-quality work. He has remodeled and completely redesigned two of my bathrooms. We broke through a bedroom to expand my now gorgeous, master bathroom and I still have that remaining bedroom! He guided me through the process and I felt safe with his workers in my home. I needed a new fence in my backyard, and the previous "contractors" that came out were hardly professional or knowledgeable, to say the least. Blake and his crew came out and not only restarted the entire job the right way, he ensured that the utmost craftsmanship went into my new fence. My neighbor is one of the most successful realtors in the Katy area, and he still says it's the best looking fence he has ever seen.

Marshall and Blake are the most professional contractors I've have the pleasure of working with. We have had them repair multiple issues on our commercial properties. There have never been any issues with the quality of the work completed and they always finish within the estimated time frame.

Redwood does a full range of projects. They performed a renovation including a new roof, kitchen, bathrooms and flooring. Interior and exterior painting. I will have them back to do a new fence.
