Rivera Homes was contracted to renovate our 1200 square foot basement. This space is part of our single detached home in a mature area of Georgetown. Our needs were to secure professional design and building contract services to accommodate a professional level theatre room, bedroom/guest quarters; 3 piece washroom, a home office, a wine cellar and mechanical room. The design staff at Rivera were exceptional at planning the space and developing design schemes that were modern but also respected the character of our home. The staging of construction was methodical and sensitive to our family's lifestyle with minimal disruption. On site supervision was responsive on a daily basis and conducted in a very personal and courteous manner. The various trades involved in the construction process were highly skilled and results oriented. I would not hesitate to recommend Rivera homes to anyone wishing to retain a custom home builder or renovation project.

Our Dream Home was delivered on time, on budget, and with all our wishes brought to reality. The Project Team was great to work with all through the project.
