S & S Homes

We just finished building our home with S & S. They're a great company to work with. The building process was very straight forward from our first meeting to the end of construction. They use Builder Trend so you are able to track construction progress through weekly photos and a calendar. All changes requested go through your Builder Trend account so you have a running total throughout the building process. I loved that feature. There were no unexpected and unpleasant surprise costs when it was time to close. Most of the sub contractors were really great to work with and really took a lot of pride in the quality of their work. Our job foreman was so good to work with, he kept us informed regularly throughout the build. Like any new home build, things went slow at times but overall it was a pretty painless experience. So far we haven't needed much for warranty service just very minor things like adjusting garage doors and paint touch ups. When we have called, S&S has been very quick to respond and get things fixed. So has the landscape company AWP. I would recommend them to anyone looking to build in St George.
