We’ve recently moved into our new home built by Stonewater Homes and are truly satisfied and happy with their work. Kevin and Chris clearly understood our expectations and vision and made many valuable suggestions as things progressed creating a truly custom home experience for us. They helped us work within our budget and clearly laid out pricing before we deviated too far from the original design. Our thoughts/suggestions and ideas were always respected. They and their trades were professional, punctual and dependable. We did have some specific challenges with the lot we had purchased. Stonewater put in a great deal of extra time and effort to resolve these matters to us get our building permit approved with Rocky View County for which we’ll be forever appreciative.
