The owner was the builder for our house constructed in 2013, and we were very pleased with the process and the end result. For the cabinetry I provided pictures, and dimensions because we did not follow the house plans as drawn. Builder was flexible and willing to work with any changes I wanted to make.

I have had the pleasure of using The Garner Company with two up fit-build out projects in the past five years. We have just completed the last 7000 SQFT project which was a detailed medical laboratory. Ti worked with the architect and trade subcontracts to meet all specification with a very short completion date. This project was a large expense and Ti managed all aspects of this job just like it was his money that was being spent. I can recommend TI and The Garner Company.

The Garner Company helped make my dream come true! I wanted to build an industrial modern house in an area that typically has very traditional style homes. Best contractor I've ever worked with over past 20 years. Extremely honest, hardworking, makes problems go away, and extremely talented. I will use him on every construction project I do going forward.
