Caza - Houses into Homes

This is a difficult review to write because the amount of great things I have to say about CAZA, and Rick and Eder as individuals, is almost endless. Rick and Eder are unbelievably talented at what they do. Their style and taste are impeccable. Their level of design isn’t just with the times, but often ahead of it. I see them as trendsetters in the field and I watch as other agents, interior designers, and home stagers attempt to mimic what only they can accomplish. As a real estate team, we have a collective 30+ years in both real estate AND staging, and before finding CAZA, had tried several times to outsource staging to free up our time, but only to find it was never up to par with our standards and always resulted in more work for us in the end. CAZA has blown us away! To the point where we know if we try to interfere/assist/oversee/manage, we are actually just in the way… of both CAZA and ourselves…. and THIS is what you want as realtors! Rick and Eder are incredibly professional. They are kind, easy going, good-humored, responsible, respectful, punctual, knowledgeable, passionate, and all-around fascinating! You can tell they love the art of interior design/home staging, and this makes them fun to work with. We are completely comfortable and confident with them not only meeting our clients, but also in their ability to see the potential in any amazing space OR (let’s be honest) any mess-of-a-space we introduce them to. Getting creative, visualizing, problem-solving, planning are all very time-consuming parts of staging that we no longer must deal with. The two of them are able to come up with a plan, describe their plan in a way that excites our clients, and then produce results that are above and beyond anyone’s expectations. CAZA understands that staging is more than simply facilitating ideas within a home. Staging is about creating the true feeling of a home and CAZA has mastered this concept. Rick and Eder are the type of professionals you wish existed in our field, but have given up on trying to find. Yet, here they are! They are true go-getters, visionaries, reformers, innovators, modernizers, leaders… they are this market’s pacesetters! They are artists. And we appreciate them so very much.
