As a Real Estate Consultant and Interior Redesign Professional, transforming one room at a time...whether it be in a home you are selling, a home you want to make your own, or updating/redesigning a room - is my passion! For years I've enjoyed decorating my own home and the homes of family and friends. In our move out of state several years ago, I decided to follow my passion and pursued a career change in Interior Redesign. After moving back home to the Huntsville/Madison area, I decided to keep the passion alive! I am fortunate and blessed to do what I love back home in Sweet Home Alabama! Vacant Home Staging: For most people, a home is their largest purchase and biggest asset. Walking through an empty house can challenge buyers. Staging brings the insight and imagination they need to see themselves living in a home. Once they make that emotional connection, things begin to move quickly! Owner-Occupied Home Staging: Unlike Interior Design in that your home reflects your personality, the key to presenting an Owner-Occupied home to the real estate market is to appeal to the broad range of Buyers. You live in your home one way .... that is until you get ready to sell it - then you have to do things differently. I'm here to help you navigate this sometimes treacheroius (but rewarding) process of getting your home ready for the important MLS photos. You might even be surprised that you like "less is more"! Home Updates: For most buyers, they envision purchasing a home that is on-trend in paint, flooring, fixtures, etc. - many thanks to home shows on HGTV. You don't have to break the bank and overhaul the entire home - in most cases, just a few carefully chosen updates with proven ROI are needed. Let me help you choose the right "greige" paint color, flooring, lighting, hardware, etc. while coordinating the contractors! On-time and on-budget is my mantra!
