“Nice Home Services did a fantastic job from start to finish. The temperature in our home is the same on all 3 levels. We love it. No more hot and cold rooms. We replaced our oil furnace with a high efficient heat pump. The air cleaners have done an amazing job in removing the smell and dust. No more wheezing and sneezing and no more smelly ducts. “We've been happy with all the work we've had done when we replaced our heat pump but on our recommendation my brother contacted them for an estimate on a project that didn't go well. The company sent the wrong person out with the wrong tools, they arrived well after the arranged time and then had to go back to the shop to get the right tools at which point my brother said never mind. Instead his tenant did the project himself for a few dollars whereas Floods estimated hundreds of dollars. Feeling less willing to have them replace my toilet after his experience.”

“I couldn't be more grateful and blessed with kenny's home comfort and his team service. Our water at our church immanuel new life bible church in martinsburg wv started leaking water and so gave kenny a call and he came out the same day and replaced our 50 gallon electric water heater for no charge at all and did the all the work for free . We are so blessed to have known a great company to give back to there community and the lord. God bless you kenny's home comfort”
