Our laundry room actually was functional with proper storage and a folding table in a sleek and organized design. Her team even designed a beautiful living room for me here in Europe that we are working on. “Mike Maloney is a true creative in his approach to design. I purchased a dingy, outdated 80's townhouse that had all the worst features of the era...a claustrophobic kitchen with an ugly soffit, an enclosed dark room on the first floor, a totally beige master bath, guest bath and powder room. The walls were covered in a thick nasty knockdown and the floors were Saltillo tile. Overall the place was very dark, despite a skylight and a wall of windows facing a wide canal and a mangrove island. Mike came in and came up with a plan. He completely redesigned the kitchen and opened up a couple of walls, one of them load bearing. From there he ripped out the master bath, removing a tub to make a huge double shower done in Ming marble and woven glass tile. The results are astonishing. The townhouse is bright, open and beautiful. Not only is Mike a talented designer, he's also a project manager. He got bids from contractors, we picked one, and he worked closely with that contractor to make sure the design was perfectly realized.”

Under Martha's direction, and from afar - mostly via email - we gutted the condo and rebuilt the kitchen, bathrooms, new floors. Martha was responsible for all the design and she recommended and oversaw the contractor. Martha did all of the interior decorating and made all of the purchases on our behalf. The end result is magnificent. Martha is an absolute delight to work with. She is very creative, she's fabulous with colour, and most importantly she takes ownership of her work as if it was her own home. I would hire Martha again in a minute!”
