“Few months ago, we were looking for assistance crafting the layout for an additional room at home. Though we were eager in incorporating a small balcony and ample storage space, lack of area was the constraint. This is when lathikanairdesign came to the aid. The space was completely transformed, plenty of storage options were created along with a balcony and a much loved seating area beside the book shelves. “The architects unimaginative design coupled with partly unworkable documentation which lacked interior details, pushed the renovation and extension of our en-suite into trouble. Fortunately, we took Marc Dietrich on board to remedy the situation and avert an unfavourable outcome. He made some doable and affordable changes to the floor plan which allowed him to redesign the interior for a very pleasing outcome. He worked closely with the builder to achieve it in a timely and cost-effective manner. The builder was happy to work with him and liked his attention to detail and help to resolve some problems they ran into during the construction caused by the existing structure. Since working with Marc, we have engaged him again for some large custom joinery items in our lounge and family room. Thanks again Marc for your excellent and pleasing work!”

“We hired Emme designs to decorate our penthouse and were very pleased with the results.Before proceeding , with her company,Emmy put our minds at ease by preparing a folio, showing us various materials, colour palette and fabric swatches to be used for our project. Emmy was very professional, communicated well, and was easy to talk to,understanding exactly what we liked…eg. we opted for a minimalist modern decor, for furniture ,T.V. cabinet, study nook etc.She had good contacts, and knew exactly where to source everything from, therefore saving us heaps. Emmy was very reliable and always kept her appointments on time. We highly recommend her for her knowledge and experience.”

Her ability to design spaces (especially small spaces) for maximum liveability, functionality and with impeccable design is exceptional. Sonja's foresight for what we needed was exceptional. Things we never thought of in our initial design before engaging her have since become our most favourite aspects of our space. What I came to really value (beyond her talented design skills) was her really pragmatic, highly responsive, and deep understanding of managing complex projects. She really is a deep expert in this space and it showed in how the project was managed. We are currently looking at buying a new home for our growing family and will most certainly be engaging Sonja for our next project.”

“Meredith has provided advice on multiple occasions and she is fantastic to work with. While she has amazing ideas on how to optimise a space with colour, furnishings and flair she doesn’t impose her views. Her collaborative approach has helped us achieve something that reflects our taste but couldn’t do by ourselves (and moreover enjoy the process)!!! She helped us with blinds, interior colours, light fittings and furniture. It’s exciting to see our house transform from a daggy 50s house to a home that feels light, happy, stylish and comfortable.
