“Pam did a "complete makeover" of a 4,000 plus sq. ft.home that was in bad need of repair purchased as a resale. She had crews coordinated to begin the project in May and completed in July. Estimates were presented and the project stayed on schedule. Payments were made timely according to the work done with receipts and accounting. She was able to handle every aspect of the project including plumbing, drywall, trim, cabinets, lighting, electrical, hardware, carpeting, tile, stone, fireplaces, painting, window treatments, accents, colors, and design. Pam is especially great at staying on schedule and coordinating large projects, plus she is delightful to work with. She has contracted with us with several other large projects also in the past year and a half that have been completed as well.”

First we did the kitchen -- she understood my style -- expanded on it -- the process was collaborative and fun. Then we did the rest -- the bedroom, closets, interior doors, trim and bathrooms....thanks to Studiovert, I now live in a beautiful space and hope that we can find another project to do!”

Margarita is an amazing decorator, who is also incredibly versatile when it comes to personal styles. She was very attentive and was able to understand our needs right away, coming to us with the perfect bed within 24 hours. “I met Theresa up in Grand County, when considering purchasing a home in Winter Park. Instead, I bought one in the Congress Park area of Denver, after hiring Distinctive Design to look at two homes to help with decision. While up in Winter Park, I was able to tour several of this company's projects, and all were amazing. I would hire Theresa and her team for any future projects. She is smart, thorough, and has a great eye. She is also a lot of fun to work with -- very smart and personable. I'm planning to relocate back to Colorado and look forward to hiring Distinctive Designs in the future. As a PS, the home chosen now has is worth almost 3X more; not true of the one not chosen:)”
