Blissfully Designed Interior Design

We met Tristan Bliss during one of the most stressful times in our lives. Our house in High River, Alberta was surrounded and filled with silt, mud, sewage and mold. She arrived as a volunteer and did whatever we asked her to assist my family through this difficult time. She informed me she was an interior designer and offered her services to our family when we were ready. Our journey has been a rollercoaster of ups and downs the last few months. Tristan has been understanding, compassionate and a beacon of hope for us. This summer she put many hours into designing and planning only to learn our house may be bulldozed by the government. Weeks later the decision was made not to bulldoze but to clean and remediate. Tristan once again with patience and compassion for my family, helped us to accept this decision. With her vision she made us excited about how we can take our damaged home with our memories and bring it back to life. Tristan spends time talking to all of us to get a vision of what we want. I explain to her exactly what I want and it is like magic how she comes back with ideas that are exactly or even better than what i have in mind. Tristan is professional, creative, resourceful and flexible. The huge bonus is she really cares and puts love into designing your home. We still have a long way from being finished and back home, but with Tristan by our side we are excited about the transformation and makeover of our home. From my first call to the last visit, Tristan Bliss, owner of Blissfully Designed, was most courteous and professional. I needed to put in a washroom on the ground floor of my semi-detached home. Tristan first visited me to discuss my needs and explained what the entire process would entail, so that there would be no surprises, which I appreciate. She took photographs of the existing rooms, sent me floor plans and digital CAD plans with photos, so that I could "see" the various options she created. Tristan's spatial sense and sense of style are indeed noticeable in her designs. I am very pleased with the interior space reconfiguration she has done for me. A closet in the hallway was taken down; the massive all-brick old fireplace was replaced by a very sleek one, with marble surround and I just love the open feel of my living room now! With her sense of style and eye for detail, our shopping trip for furniture and other accessories was a pleasurable one. In addition, Tristan helped me choose lovely colours not only for the living room space but also for my bedroom. In both these spaces, I feel a sense of warmth and tranquility. I thank Tristan for creating this blissful space for me, and will be looking forward to seeking her advice again in future renovations.

Blissfully Designed Interior Design has excellent ideas and is easy to work with. Tristan listens to ideas and comes up with her own designs based on the customers wants. She is clear and makes very good presentations for the designs put forward.
