Candi helped design our 2 bedroom condo in downtown Seattle from scratch to a beautiful, modern yet comfortable place we love! She has a great sense of color combinations, interior design, great taste on art, furniture and decorations, which she helped us get at great prices. She took time to understand what color, theme, style we like/ dislike, and it was relatively a breeze after that. She went beyond and above our expectation to ensure we were happy with all the purchases while helping us manage within our budget. We will definitely work with her again.

We have a property and were exploring the option of furnishing it and converting it to a corporate rental. We contacted a real estate company and were introduced to Candi. We met Candi at the home where she was on time and came prepared. She tool measurements of the rooms and pictures. While walking through the house she gave many suggestions on what the utility of each room could be. We were expecting an estimate from her for the work but this is where she really hit the ball out of the park. She went back and sent us a very detailed excel sheet broken down by each room. She had thought of the tiniest little things like doormats and toothbrush holders along with prices for each. For a room where she recommended a pull out bed, she sent options from high to low along with prices and where to buy it. We were really not expecting this from an initial estimate and were very impressed. I like her aesthetics but more than that I liked her realistic approach and keeping budget in mind. After considering all options we decided not to go the corporate rental route this year but when we do Candi will be our number one choice for the work.

We purchased a Seattle condominium last year and hired Candi to help with the interior design and our experience was amazing! She created a design concept for us that exceeded our expectations! She was always available and willing to discuss concepts with us which made the collaborative process simple and seamless. We are very pleased with the results and we highly recommend her work! I can't say enough good things about Candi's design eye! If there's one thing that really scares me about designing my own space, it's the art on the walls. In the past, I had a very scarring experience trying to hang my own gallery wall... I knew I really wanted to try again, but I was so scared to attempt it on my own. Candi helped us choose a color palette and the pieces, lay everything out in a cohesive manner, and hang it, and my god, what a difference a professional designer makes!! My favorite part of the whole process is how she included my husband in the whole process. Normally, he sits on the sidelines and lets me make all the design choices, but I think he really appreciated feeling included and having his voice heard. I hired Candi to design a small house for vacation rental. I’ll admit I was skeptical at first. Having never worked with a designer before, it seemed just a matter of taste to choose furniture. Why would anyone else know what I like more than me, right? Boy was I wrong. Candi has a real talent for stunning designs, but even more importantly she has a talent of understanding her client and catering her work to their taste. Throughout our work together Candi was proactive, running ideas by me, thinking together and sending me different options. I found this process very useful, because when we started I just knew I want something that looks great, but couldn’t describe that in concrete terms. She is especially great in using different colors and combining them in the right harmony. Candi helped me end up with a beautiful design that I loved, leaps and bounds beyond what I would have done myself, but more importantly led to Airbnb guests staying in and loving it as well. I am really happy with Candi’s service and warmly recommend her to anyone, she will transform your apartment.

Candi is always warm, responsive and helpful. And the most important thing is that she always get the work done! She helped my condo in seattle, also a small project at my own house.

I couldn't be happier with the design and service provided. Candie did an amazing job of understanding my style and what I liked and didn't like. This was my first experience with a designer and she was so patient and professional and made it a lot of fun. And not only did she work within my budget, she actually came in under and I've had so many people comment on how nice my place looked.

Candi made real design accessible to us in ways we had only dreamed of. She divided our open living/dining space into a needed living/dining/work/art space working with our budget and existing furniture. We are thrilled that we have a path to improve it further over time as our budget allows.
