Susan Feffer Interiors is amazing! Susan took a challenging, odd-shaped room and transformed it into a functional & beautiful basement/ rec-room. The process was detailed and comprehensive. Starting with various options, then floor plans with a priority on function and comfort, then selecting the individual pieces from high-end vendors. Susan listened to our wants (and my husbands specific requests) but also pushed our design sense to give us an incredible, beautiful room. Susan went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, was more than willing to change original plans as needed, was incredibly responsive, and gave us exactly what we wanted.

Susan was a dream to work with—she carefully wove together a beautiful living room, family room, and powder room by combining items we loved with beautiful new pieces and bold choices that I would be too timid to make but were absolutely the right call. She was thoughtful, patient, decisive, and always had a solution and a cheery disposition throughout. Her contractors and team were truly lovely to work with, and was both efficient and committed to our budget. Our home now feels like the perfect home. I'm already planning our next projects!

Susan did an incredible job decorating our living room and helping us to redesign our kitchen. She catered to our taste, made certain that we were within our budget, and ensured that our project was completed in a timely manner. She offered very flexible scheduling for meetings and was available via text/phone whenever we needed to get in touch. Susan's fun and easy-going attitude made her a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough positive things about Susan. Susan is extremely professional. She is very responsive to texts, emails, phone calls, etc. Susan helped me prioritize my ideas, thus helping me get the most "bang for my buck." Susan's passion for design is palpable, and her bubbly personality makes every meeting fun. She has contacts for the best contractors in the area, no matter how obscure a project is. She then oversees the contractors (something I hate doing) making sure everything is flawlessly executed at a fast pace. Susan made sure our design reflected our lifestyle. We love what she has done with our home!

Susan Hanley

Susan helped me completely transform my front hallway and spruce up my other rooms. She staged my entire first floor for a fund raiser I was hosting and ordered fabulous fixtures and statement pieces. I could have never done this on my own. She was full of ideas and her beautiful taste was exactly what I needed! Susan was so easy and fun to work with and I can't wait till my next project with her!!

My husband and I would highly recommend Susan for any project. It was time to update-out with the old, in with the new! Susan assisted me with letting go of old, dated pieces, identifying good pieces to repurpose and getting rid of tired and outdated looks. Without her, I don't think it would have happened! Susan was really good at communicating and follow up and was always available when I needed her. What makes Susan unique aside from her obvious talent, is her practical approach. She was always conscious of our budget and goals. My expectations were exceeded on each project because she was upfront and transparent. A friend of mine happened to be her client and she recommended Susan. Thankfully I hired her. My small job turned into five rooms. I have more rooms in the future for her! I would not use anyone else other than Susan. She truly is a great designer!

Susan does great work and has amazing taste. She completely revamped our porch and family room and they both look amazing. Better yet, she came in under budget. She is a true professional and I absolutely adore her classic style. Susan is friendly and very easy to work with. I had been putting off these upgrades for some time as I had worked the process of upgrading my home up in my head as being "to stressful". Truth be told, it was the exact opposite. As advertised, Susan took care of everything and was truly a "full service" decorator. The experience was fun and very enjoyable. I'm hoping to have her back this fall to touch up our dining room!
