Joyce Means is a Joy to work with! We just clicked from the start. I appreciate her taste in Decorating. She gives the WOW factor I am looking for without being outlandish. She is very conscious about price and I feel that I am receiving the best value for the money. I love the fact that I can communicate with her and she is open to my ideas. I can share my lifestyle and she makes it work! The other factor I appreciate is that she is willing to come up with a game plan so I can do a little at a time and it is not overwhelming. Joyce is amazing and a consummate professional. She delivers a personal touch and really takes your input into her design. My husband and I completely remodeled our kitchen, 3 bathrooms, floors & lighting and painted the entire house. Joyce handled any challenges we faced with speed and integrity. Selecting Joyce Means to make our new Summerville home was the BEST decision I have ever made. In our very first meeting Joyce impressed me with her professionalism and talent. She listened intently, asked questions, and when she left I knew she had a full understanding of my likes, preferences, and vision for my formal living room, family room, formal dining room, and kitchen. On her return she presented options, fabric choices, and was able to incorporate some practically new fabric I already had. We had a budget, timeline, and we worked together famously. Joyce's attention to the smallest detail and perfectionism paid off. The result was fabulous. I nearly cried when I saw how beautiful the windows are and how it totally changed those spaces. Joyce, I am so tickled for you. That is absolutely GREAT!! I would definitely agree that you deserve the Charleston's Best Interior Designer Award! I still love the changes and upgrades you did to my home. You know better than I do, of what I like!! My home is still beautiful and I have you to Thank for that. I had a consultation with Joyce Means with Decorating Den Interiors and she has helped me update my house with new floors, kitchen cabinets, wall colors, etc. Joyce has made it so easy to just step back and watch the transformation. I can not say enough about the level of talent and professionalism that was displayed in helping me make my house a home.
