Shane provided accurate information and excellent support when I ordered an item on backorder. I made serveral calls and was pleased to have one person, Shane, respond to my questions and resolve issues. My item was delivered without the cushions and when I followed up with Shane, I got immediate resolution. He was always helpful and pleasant to speak with.

I was looking to purchase a specific table, Modway Landing, and was given great service over the phone and by email. Shane answered with my name when I called back with a question. My brooklyn brownstone was in desperate need for an upgrade. As much as I thought I "knew" about design, the choices were overwhelming, plus it was getting hard combining my modern taste with also my love of old school brooklyn charm. That's when Shane came in and changed my world. He found awesome solutions for me, narrowing down the choices easily, PLUS - he custom created an amazing modern wooden banister for me (who knew banisters were so limited in the marketplace?) at a fraction of the cost. Anyway, I was able to actually do more work than i originally concepted since the prices of the solutions he found came in so reasonable. I would definitely work with Shane again! I Contracted Mr. Mounir for a total redesign of my apartment (890 sq ft), that included furniture, kitchen work, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc Detailed work is perfect, quality is outstanding, choices from furn, appliances, colours, the whole thing is right match for my busy life style and my needs. I’m so glad we ended up working with Shane from Design Eternal to design our psychiatric office. We really had no idea where to start. Shane was able to understand our practice needs and our design desires and smoothly guide us through an easy and direct process. First, he opened our eyes to ways to protect ourselves before signing a lease. He recommended doing a demo and preliminary plan to present to the building management so we can get them to agree to the design requirements prior to signing to a lease. Once we got the building management to agree to our requirements, Shane went back to the drawing board in full detail and completely transformed our rental office space from an old run down office space to a brand new modern, functional, warm and comfortable space. We love the layout, designs, the colors and the textures . We love the furniture, the lighting solutions, the floors, the walls, the window treatments, the artwork. We also like the technical solutions from the climate control system to the security camera system, Intercom, etc. We had a specific budget and Shane was able to work within our budget and provide excellent design solutions. Shane Also helped us through ordering and excellent communication with our contractor. He made sure that everything was ordered correctly and on time and that all installation were performed as specified and on time. Overall we are very happy with the work performed. There was no hidden fee or upcharge. Actually we had savings because Shane was able to pass trade discounts to us without markups. Shane promised and delivered and I highly recommend his services.
