As a certified Home Staging and Interior Redesign Professional, I will transform your home and prepare it for resale. This one step of home staging can net the homeowner and realtor a tremendous profit over not staging the home. Whether you are selling a home or maybe wanting to refresh some rooms, my designs and creativity will satisfy any homebuyer. My love of decorating and creating fabulous spaces is truly a passion and a desire to create this for others at an affordable price is what makes me unique. I want to help home owners get the best possible price in the shortest amount of time. As an added service, I also do color consulting for newly built homes, staging or home owners needing to refresh a home or a room. I just became a new distributor for a great products call Flex Stone. It's a thin product that looks like stone but is very light weight and flexible. Great for any remodel or new home construction where you want the look of stone, but not the cost. Check it out at www.flexstone.design. I also provide custom window treatments from Carol Fabrics, a division of Hunter Douglas.

As a REALTOR, having vacant listings can sometimes be hard to sell. Brenda did a great job of staging a vacant listing I had so buyers can more easily make sense of the space. It feels so much more inviting now. She was very fast and great to work with.

Just fabulous! I have never used a stager before so I was a little hesitant. I found out I had nothing to fear. On the contrary. Our house looked so unbelievably nice after Brenda was finished with it. I couldn't believe how complete it looked! The professional décor made it so much more appealing than when empty. Prospective buyers have stated they love how it is decorated. I plan to keep the staging until the house is sold. Brenda worked diligently, is super professional and she knows what she's doing in this line of work. Working with Brenda has made me realize that I will never again sell a house without having it professionally staged....by Brenda.

Brenda did an excellent job picking the paint colors for our new home. She was very accommodating and easy to work with. She stays in touch throughout the process and you feel like she really cares. She will also work with your budget even if its small. So happy to find such a skilled professional in our area.

I am using Brenda Corder at Cozy Corders to help me get my house ready for sale. Brenda is very organized and professional, and she has great ideas. Not only did she work up a report with several concrete, doable suggestions, she has kept in touch with me along the way and kept me motivated. She also has the "props" for staging, if you care to use them. After we sell our current house and buy our new house, I will definitely rely on Brenda to help us design the new place. I highly recommend her!

Cozy Corder's Interiors played a critical role in the design of my wine retail store. Cozy Corder's Interiors assisted with the paint color selection and the décor for the store. Included was a very comfortable seating area complete with a fireplace and area rug that created a very classy, comfortable, and fun wine tasting environment. Cozy Corder's was even able to recommend a cabinet maker to design beautiful custom wine racks. I would highly recommend these services.
