I have been working with Carol from Grace Home Furnishings since December/January. What an amazing job she has done to date in decorating our new home. Professional, diligent and, importantly, extremely knowledgable. The entire Grace team has been pleasant to work with. To the extent there have been any issues with an item, Carol has made sure to timely resolve. Top designers without the unreasonable design fee that most designers without a store front charge. And the quality of the furniture we have received to date has for the most part been excellent. After interviewing 7 different designers, I decided to go with Grace/Carol. Not once have I looked back on that decision.

Anytime I've walked into Grace Home I've seen furniture I'd like to own and gorgeous design and yet with a house full of teenagers and pets I wondered if it would really be worth it to invest. Finally, I couldn't stand my old ripped up, creaky sofas anymore and I decided to start my research. When I stopped by the store six months ago Nick Beckman stepped up to help me zero in on what kind of configuration would best work in my living room. Taking into account the unusual space, the eclectic furnishings already in the room and the inevitable wear and tear, Nick graciously poured over fabric samples, measured and remeasured the space in my living room in Topanga, researched side tables and coffee tables and found sumptuous fabrics for pillows for the visually pleasing AND practical sectional he helped me choose. Nick's creative instincts, grounded suggestions and patience with my slow decision making made the whole experience of finally buying new furnishings from Grace Home a very worthwhile pleasure.

Over the years I have wandered into Grace, but have always been a little intimidated to do any real shopping there - always figured it was too expensive. In search of a new bed worthy of an adult, I bit the bullet and decided to give Grace a try. What a pleasant surprise! Surprise #1 - I got a fantastic new bed, which truth be told was a little expensive. However, on sale it was totally comparable to other pieces I had seen at bigger retailers and the quality was soooo much better. No buyer's remorse here. Surprise #2 - The salesperson was extremely friendly. Not that I expected to be ignored, but the service was way better that what I expected from a high end Brentwood store that typically caters to people willing to spend a lot more money than I did. Surprise #3 - The BEST delivery service I have ever had. The guys were on time and literally wore gloves while they were meticulously setting up the bed. The worst part of the experience is that the list of new furniture I now covet has grown substantially. Time for a bigger house.
