From the SECOND I spoke to Kathi on the phone I KNEW she was the one for me ! She was VERY attentive on the phone as well as kind, encouraging & understanding ! For ME decision making for my home is HARD!! I have so much fear that I am going to chose the wrong thing or items won't fit or match one another ! This worry brought me significant stress!! UNTIL KATHI CAME INTO MY LIFE! So after speaking on the phone I felt like we were a match made in heaven ... BUT upon meeting her in person - I KNEW IT WAS ! She is to the point .. but not dismissive or disrespectful. She is matter of fact .. but not rude. She heard all of my wild ideas & looked at my overflowing book of photos & when she brought us back the room layouts and visual guides..... WELL I'm telling you the truth! It actual made me cry! She hit the nail on the head ! EVERY room plan was perfect ! LIke she jumped in my brain and swam around for a little while! We are using the plans and visuals to guide us in finding the right pieces. BUT she didn't stop there ! She continues to allow me to text her photos, ask questions, encourage, & confirm when something IS going to work! She seems just as excited about our progress as we are ! We will be bringing her back in -after we get the initial items done - to assist in all of the finishing touches and extra special items. She's fantastic! Do YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL KATHI FIRST!! Don't waste your time on anyone else!!! TRUST ME!

I met Kathi in May of 2016 while I was in the process of preparing to decorate my new home under construction in FishHawk. As I know what I like, but am unable to execute a final product, Kathi immediately was able to determine my taste, come up with a plan and execute the project. My new home is beautiful and the new neighbors and sales force at the community are in awe. I highly recommend this charming professional.

We built a new house in suburban Tampa Bay area, and engaged Kathi Caccamo to help us furnish it. Kathi was great to work with, and literally transformed this nice but empty house into a high-end luxurious home. She made it relatively easy to make our selections to furnish and decorate our house. She quickly understood our tastes and came up with a design that was appealing to both of us. She made sure that the design was not only beautiful but functional. It is very satisfying to walk into our house and feel like the space truly reflects our unique personalities. Our family and friends have commented on the beauty and uniqueness of our interiors. Kathi is very easy to work with, and she made the process fun. She responded to emails promptly and effectively, and moved through our project with a pace at which we were comfortable. She listened to our input, but guided and helped us try new things. Our home looks fantastic. Kathi is definitely a talented and dedicated designer.

Kathi Caccamo designed, decorated, and brought a complete and total "look and feel" to my new home. She was able to see inside my heart and therefore was able to choose colors and designs: from upholstery to window treatments to furniture, which created the elegance and beauty that reflected a uniqueness that is truly "me"! No one else could have matched her talent and "gift" of being able to bring such an outstanding element of style to each room. Kathy gave my home her touch of magic that made it feel so inviting to everyone who is fortunate enough to encounter her profound creation of lavish loveliness throughout my home. Kathi worked with us on some furniture and accessories selections and on our big project - window treatments. We are really tough customers. I'm a very visual person and my husband is just the opposite. I need to see it, he wants all the technical details. We are both very particular and many contractors find us demanding. We want quality and expect excellent service. Selecting from the wide array of window treatment offerings can be bewildering. Kathi made it so much easier. She made numerous trips to our home to show us different product lines and samples. Kathi always did her homework before her visit. That made our time with her much more productive - a big plus for busy people like us. Trying to get my husband to sit still for something like a window treatment discussion is like pulling teeth! Kathi always did a great job of pulling us both into the project with hands-on samples, technical details galore, and plenty of photos of finished projects. I usually have to sell my hubby on these types of projects. This time, Kathi did most of that work for me! Kathi has a great business ethic too. She was always very responsive to phone calls and email, always showed up right on time, and made sure the job got done exactly as promised. I was amazed at the amount of time that Kathi was willing to spend in our home, helping us get it all right. I highly recommend Kathi and Ethan Allen. I know you won't be disappointed if you choose her as your designer. You get what you pay for and, while Ethan Allen isn't likely to be the least expensive of your available options, getting Kathi in the bargain is, well, a real bargain! Thanks Kathi! Tina

Kathi has done a great job with my new home! She puts in the extra time and has come out on numerous occasions to do things even as silly as hang art on walls and help me prepare the decor in my house before a party. We are very happy with her work and highly recommend her! She had helped us so much!

Kathi is a pleasure to work with and really listened to what we wanted in a room and created a beautiful formal living room for us. We love everything about the room. She has great knowledge of design. She is always willing to go the extra mile for us. We were so pleased with the way this room turned out that we just finished ordering new bedroom furniture (with a little sitting area too). Can't wait to enjoy this as much as we are enjoying the formal living room.

Back in 2014, I bought an old 1958 home on the inter-coastal waterway. It needed remodeling inside and out. I new I wanted to furnish the home with Ethan Allen furniture due to it's high quality. I searched the biographies, on-line, of the local Designers in the Tampa/St Pete area. Kathi's biography immediately caught my attention because of her way of expressing her enthusiasm for interior designing. I was impressed with her past projects that she had completed for her clients. Kathi is very passionate about her work. She was the lead on my project. She professionally interacted with the craftsmen on the project to ensure my ideas were achieved. She picked out all the paint schemes for the interior as well as the exterior of the home. I gave her a general idea of what I was looking for in the remodeling of my home. She planned everything down to the finite details. She made recommendations to me about what furnishings and layout were excellent for my remodeled home. She was easy to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of doing a home remodeling project. She is a hard worker. She definitely knows her job!!!!!!!!!!!!

I walked into Ethan Allen with an idea but no vision for my home interior. I was approached by designer Kathi Morrison, and I explained my idea for the cottage interior I had always dreamed of. She listened intently, suggested some ideas and we made arrangements for her to come to my home. When she arrived she took photos of my rooms and we set an appointment for a presentation. On the day of the presentation I was awed, I went with every idea she presented and from that day forth we became a true team. My home is everything and more then I could have hoped for. Without Kathi my dream home would never have come to fruition. I highly recommend Kathi Morrison as a designer and will continue to work with her in the future.
