Excellent complete home remodel! Sandy was so helpful understanding my ideas and communicating with the architect and contractor. She can implement any style from traditional to contemporary expertly.

I have known Sandy Kay for a number of years. She is the most talented and professional interior designer I have ever worked with. Sandy has completed a number of projects in our main home and in our guesthouse. She has basically redone every single room in our home. Her knowledge and understanding of what her clients' wants and needs are is beyond superior! Kay & Company would be the only interior design company I would ever consider hiring. Sandy listens to what your personal tastes are, what your expectations are, and what your budget is. She then coordinates these ideas with her suggestions, and a very professional presentation is made with everything beautifully coordinated. I could not be more pleased with everything Sandy Kay has done and look forward to many more years of working with her.

Sandy Kay assisted me in remodeling the entire first floor of my home. I bought a 10 year old home in Newport Coast with a wonderful outdoor entertaining area but I didn't like anything about the interior. We first redid the entire kitchen, kitchen eating area and family room. This included custom cabinetry, a new island, all new appliances, lighting etc. We redid the fireplace and created some unique art niches. We then moved to the dining room which she designed around a painting that I had. The room is wonderful from the wallpaper to the glass table and the beautiful chandelier. On to the guest bathroom which, although small in size, is so beautifully decorated it might be my favorite room. There was an office which we made into a playroom for my grandchildren but you have never seen a playroom like this one! Finally we took a very small living room and made it into my office. I couldn't be happier with all the choices

Sandy Kay of Kay & Co. Interior Design has been the designer for 3 dental offices that I have built since 1988, the most recent being built in 2009. Sandy was also the interior decorator for my personal residence. Sandy has a unique gift and natural artistic ability for interior design work. She has a real talent for coordinating all aspects of interior design projects. Sandy was able to listen to and then visualize the thoughts and ideas that my wife and I had envisioned for our projects. She has the ability to work within budgets, yet still create beautiful results.
