Liveable Lodgings

This site has grown out of a passion that has developed in me to help others chose well as they move toward the home they hope to spend time with family and friends in their older years. We can never know what joys and limitations may surround us, but wisely anticipating a few typical aging related issues may allow for us to remain in our homes longer. As an interior designer (who has just gone through this process), I encourage you to make solid decisions as you build, remodel, or chose a home. As difficult as this conversation may be for some to begin, let’s fearlessly start by exploring what may come, scrutinize floor plans, entrances, and daily life.
