Louisa Borowick

Louisa was my interior designer when I purchased my new home. My front living area is unusual in that it has only one wall and the only furniture I owned for that room was an armoire that I wanted to use. Louisa helped by showing me how furniture could be laid out to keep the room open and flowing but with ample places to sit and enjoy the views. She was a huge help with selecting fabrics complimenting paint colors and style. I greatly appreciate her expertise and love my room with it's beautiful furniture, draperies and style. I highly recommend working with Louisa. She is a true professional and will take time to get to know your style.

Louisa definitely knows color! I live out of town and couldn't get a home visit, so my husband and I went in to see if we could find a sofa on display. We met Louisa and she picked out a fabric that was perfect, both in color and pattern. This allowed us to order a custom sofa in the perfect length. Louisa was soooo easy to work with, she was able to work with pictures and over the Internet and we placed an order to completely remodel another room. She's also very good with drawing a room to scale and furniture placement. She's a true professional and she really knows her stuff. We will eventually remodel two more rooms and we will be using Louisa to tie it all together. If she's not too busy by that time!

When we were visiting our daughter in Boise, Idaho, Louisa took us through the Ethan Allen store there. She was professional, pleasant, and informative. When we went back home to the DC area, we decided to go with Louisa when we ordered our 2 chairs. We did it by phone, with ease, and our lovely chairs were delivered a couple of weeks ago. Louisa has been doing design work for awhile, and projects the image of a competent and seasoned professional. We enjoyed working with her and would do it again in the future if we have any more furniture needs.
