Modern Cottage Collective is a boutique design studio specializing in mixing modern lines with a cozy aesthetic. Our designs are inspired by a mix of styles. California meets Charleston, Florida meets Nantucket, Savannah meets San Francisco. We love a collected feel with a minimalist approach. Finding the balance and adding the right layers is what makes a space warm and cozy but also bright and fresh. For clients who don't need full service design we offer a Re-Design service using your existing pieces and putting a fresh perspective on what you already have. This is perfect for those that would love a professionally styled home but maybe not the budget for a full overhaul. What sets us apart? We are Brevard County's only cruelty-free design studio. With todays technology and scientific advances there is no need to use animals for our furniture or textiles. The faux options are endless and above all else the compassionate choice. Our designs do not use leather, hides, fur, silk, feathers or wool.
