Terrible customer service. Their ordering system is not working properly. Missing items almost in every order and after you report that, they don’t want to ship these items, so you need to fight for the items which you paid for.

Awful company - sent me a broken motorized drapery and when i went to place a new order replacement - they sent another broken motorized drape. IT was a new system that they DIDNT test out- my client waited 6 months and now we are getting ZERO response. I have never seen a company as awful as this one.

Unprofessional, unfriendly customer service! I placed an order three weeks ago and I finally contacted them after two weeks and was told some of the items were on back order. I was never contacted or emailed telling me of this. They have had my money since November 17 and they say they can’t provide me with a date from the vendor on when they can expect it.
