A Cloud 9 Design

Just moved here two years ago and heard horror stories about unscrupulous contractors obsconding with a homeowners deposit, etc. My neighbor also had his deck removed and the contractor took the wood and never returner to replace it. With this in mind I decided to contract with A. Cloud to give someone else the responsibility for finding reputable contractors for my home projects. He did a great jod of designing (with our input), managing the various contractors and vendors of materials and coordinating that everything flowed well to result in four or five successive projects. The contractors were excellent and the jobs outcomes were spot on. I am glad I did my projects this way, although I had never used a designer/construction coordinator before. Virtually hassle free forme. It costs more but is woth every dollar.

Alan did our kitchen remodel recently and we really loved working with him. He was professional, responsive, friendly, created a beautiful design, and facilitated all of the contracting/building to get it done in a really short amount of time. This was the first time we've done a major remodel, and I've always heard horror stories about how long everything takes, about supply chain issues causing delays getting things, about unexpected things happening that push the timeline out. We had a couple of small hiccups but Alan was always on top of it to get it solved and we finished really close to the original estimated date. We're very grateful for the work and for Alan and we would happily work with him again.

Alan did an amazing job in our kitchen remodel. Our kitchen turned out BEAUTIFUL and exceeded all of my hopes and dreams for that space! Alan was very professional, punctual and listened to and incorporated all of our wants and needs into the design of our space. He is friendly and extremely easy to talk to and that helped tremendously when we needed some extra help and encouragement going through such a large remodel with 3 small kiddo’s:) I will definitely be using him again in the future for any remodeling projects that we have and have already referred him to others I know! Once again Alan did a wonderful job in helping me design a project for my home, this time the master bathroom. Last summer he helped me remodel my guest bathroom and laundry room, both of which turned out great. Alan takes the time to provide different ideas regarding style and materials to create what best suites the client. He works with a team of high quality subcontractors and always kept me up to date on what to expect from them and when, being respectful of my schedule as well. My master bathroom turned out beautiful and better than I imagined!

Overall project was very well coordinated and subcontractors very dependable. Alan was extremely flexible and patient with the design process. I love my new COVID kitchen! I will definitely consider A Cloud Nine Design for future projects.

Alan helped me with the design of my guest bathroom and laundry room, both which turned out better than I could have imagined. He really took the time to help me pick out the right materials and kept me informed about things all along the way. The contractors he works with are top notch, and the project was done in a timely manner. I could tell Alan cares about his clients and enjoys what he's doing. All in all this was a very nice experience.

Master bath project was the second project with Alan & team. They took a tiny, dark, 30 year old bathroom & made my vision reality. Even with Covid & product delays, they came in on time. We are thrilled with the results, quality & details that the team put into this products. We highly recommend them for your remodel projects.

Not once were we concerned about their workmanship or our health/safety even though all of the work happened during the hardest part of the pandemic lockdown while a family of 5 resided in our home. Alan was a very great help with our kitchen remodel. He Listened! We got what we wanted and needed, even a few features in the cabinets that we didn't even know we needed! My kitchen is lovely, accessible and easy to clean, exactly what I asked for. Alan even came and personally supervised the cabinet installation to be sure it was done to his satisfaction.
