Deluxe Vanity & Kitchen

This company is the most ridiculous company I have ever worked with. They deserve zero start!! I made and order with deluxe vanity & Kitchen and I paid $2,000 deposit for my order. After a while they started calling me many times asking for more money to complete my order which looked very weird but I didn't think anything of it so I transferred them $6,000 more for my order and still haven't received it. More time passed by and still no updates, and the order is not ready. I wake up at 5:45 AM to 3 phone call and multiple voicemails in only 5 MINUTES asking me to pay the whole price upfront for them to be able to complete my order. Then I get a text at 6:30 AM saying that they need to full payment today, and that they take full payment upfront (this was the first time i'm hearing about it). I told them that I have not received my order and they kept saying they are holding it for me. ( I will attach screenshots of the conversation). I decided to pay everything and just get it over with and I was shocked to hear that the team doesn't even know about my order! So I texted him again saying this is a joke. All of a sudden he started saying "Oh we found it" so I said to him okay I'm will make the payment just make sure that it is ready for pick up so I can send my guy to pick it up. And then he said "Oh we're missing and Item, it is not completed" At this point, this is getting more ridiculous. I sent them an email asking to cancel my order. A week later they replied that they can't cancel and that they are sorry and they will only cancel with a fee (keep in mind I already paid $8,000 !!!!! I immediately called my credit card company and dispute the order and of course Deluxe Vanity & Kitchen is not cooperating with us. I was being cussed out and abused by this company. WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE !!!!

It was an absolute pleaure working with this company. Roy and Ben were so kind and patience and took the time to listen and to take care of our needs. The installers were very professional clean and organize. In no time my kitchen and five vanities were installed with all the fixtures they provided. there price is very competative and i highly recommend them. I will definitley use Deluxe Vanity for all my future work.

I was very happy with Roy and his guys. They did a kitchen overhaul for us and they were so easy to work with and stayed on budget. Plus their prices are very reasonable. I plan on using them for my next project.

Great products, they've helped us choose exactly what we need to get a redesign done. They are also aggressive on pricing, which was refreshing. All in all, I'd recommend buying from them.
