As far as I'm concerned, Joe can do no wrong. A couple of months earlier I bought a new place in Andersonville and it needed some serious remodeling. Without hesitation I called Joe, the owner manager of JAK Built. A few years back in my former place he remodeled my bathroom so it was a no-brainer to again hire Joe to remodel 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Besides being a great designer, Joe is fun to work with and easy going. His crew of two or all-purpose handymen are also competent and nice. Finally, Joe even went beyond the work we had agreed upon for no extra charge. He is an all-around good guy.

I had been toying with the idea of a bath remodel for several years. Finally deciding that it was time, I started looking around for a contractor. I was given a business card by a friend (who had never followed through with any work) for a company called JAK Built. I called the owner and set up an estimate appointment. He showed up on time, which set the framework for our building project. If he said he would be there, he was there. His work is great. The man knows what he is doing and does an excellent job. On a couple of occasions, he had completed some aspect of the project but was not satisfied with the outcome. He promptly dismantled it and re-did the (offending) portion. It is very unusual to find Old World pride and craftsmanship in today's surroundings. The owner had great ideas and spent as much time and energy as it took to achieve the desired outcome. I am extremely happy with my new bath and would unhesitatingly recommend JAK Built and their service to anybody. They provide a very high quality produce for a very reasonable price. Thanks, Joe!
