Kabinet King USA Inc

We shopped around for a good price for quality stock cabinets and found it at Kabinet King. We went with Forevermark. We worked with Saudia. She was excellent, a pleasure to work with and very good with a tight design for a small kitchen. We are very happy with the whole experience.

My experience with Kabinet King started off positive. William Bailey made the sale to me and was open to negotiating pricing with me. Soon after I was in contact with Robin Guadalupi who handled my remaining questions and appointments for cabinet delivery, and countertop measurements and delivery. I was very disappointed in my experience with Robin. She has no patience and does not value you as a customer at all! She has a street attitude and does not represent the company in a professional manner at all. She seems to be all over the place with her feedback and at times I had the impression that it was her first day on the job. She would give you one answer one minute and then another answer to the same question on a separate occasion, and she would get annoyed if you ever asked her to clarify. I would never, ever, work with her again. I was very new to this experience as this was my first time buying a kitchen, but for a company of so-called professionals who have been in this business for over 15 years they also seemed to not know what they were doing. Instead of asking the height of my hood prior to measuring the cabinets above my stove, they gave me measurements first and then when the cabinets arrived they were too large and my hood was way too close to my stove. When I brought it to Robin Guadalupi's attention, she did not try to work with me. Instead, she blew it off and told me that it was fine. Then she told me that if I wanted new cabinets of a different size that I had to pay for them. I contacted the manager - Steve Hunter - and told him that I would have to completely remove those cabinets above the stove and that I need to be refunded for them as I am not using them and he tried negotiating with me about adding a panel of some sort above the stove. He would not refund me for his company's mistake. This company's fabricators are irresponsible as well. They lost a measurement for a windowsill. They did find it but I was questioned about that measurement by Robin Guadalupi several times as if I was the one who took the measurement. The fabricators also left a mess after they were finished working. Troy Gagbir also assisted me with the countertop, windowsill, and saddle information because William and Robin were out of the office but I never once heard back from him after he worked with me and after he said he'd reach out to me. Just a word of advice for anyone who has never bought cabinets before...go with someone experienced so these people don't try and take advantage of you. Especially if you are a female. I wouldn't go with this company again, I'd look for another company with more integrity. I have also attached a photo of the damage that the fabricators made to the cabinet underneath the sink after drilling holes into the countertop for the faucet. They did not put any protection underneath the sink before drilling in the holes.

Very competitive pricing and Troy did a beautiful job laying out my kitchen cabinets. I had seen the Forever Mark cabinets locally and decided to shop online. Glad I did, Kabinet King saved me about $1000. The cabinets I ordered were RTAs. They arrived by common carrier, without a lift gate. It would be nice if lift gate service was offered, as the boxes are very heavy. The cabinets were easy to assemble and look great. These are not high end cabinets, but look great for the price.

Despite the fact that we went there 3x with different layout ideas, Greg and Michael were very patient, took the time out to help us and were very nice every time. Once we decided on our cabinets, they worked with us on pricing and scheduling delivery. Our cabinets actually arrived 2 weeks earlier than we expected. They are exactly what we ordered and look great! There was some damage on 2 pieces, from the original cabinet maker, not KabinetKing's fault, and they worked with us to get free replacement pieces quickly. We highly recommend them.

This was our first kitchen renovation. Troy was the best, most patient and helpful person we dealt with at Kabinet King. He was so understanding of our concerns and offered his advice as needed. Throughout the whole process he was there to answer our many questions. I highly recommend using Kabinet King if you are planning on doing a kitchen. Ask for Troy, he is very helpful and will meet all your needs. Need less to say we are very happy and love our new kitchen!!

So nice i did it twice. Lived in queens for 25 yrs and had a new kitchen designed by Troy, Joell and his team of installers were great. Who knew a year later I moved to the city. I needed a new kitchen. went back to Troy who designed the kitchen of my dreams. Joell and his team..again did a marvelous job of installing and cleaning up.I highly recommend Kabinet King if your in the market for a new kitchen!!!

The quality is fine. However, the were ABSOLUTELY NO written instructions, just a bunch of amateur drawings. My husband and I are absolutely DIY capable, but hired a cabinet contractor for 1500 to put them together. We work full time, and devote all other time to our projects. No one has time for, or expects to be hit in the gut with a project without written instructions. The contractor is getting the job done, but is also frustrated at the lack of instructions. He made a call to Kabinet King about a question, and the rep didn't have any more info than the useless instructions.

We would not recommend Kabinet King USA Inc and are actually planning on taking legal action against this company which could have been avoided if they were willing to work with us on resolving the problem. They kept saying they would but at the same time not doing anything to actually resolve the issue and kept blaming us for the mistaken wood type for part of the kitchen. We fell in love with door sample on the floor and started building our kitchen around it with a very friendly and what it seemed very knowledgeable sales person. We decided to "spice up" top part of the kitchen with custom color. We never changed the wood for bottom part which was put down as maple and since we don't know any better we thought sales person knew what wood the sample was so we signed of it. Big mistake, we should have probably checked because the sample was something called alder not maple (they told us that later). But we signed for maple and that is Kabinet Kings argument as to who made mistake with the order. Also we were told we will get kitchen within 10 weeks and later we were told sample color that needed to be signed off takes longer and we got it 15 weeks from the date of order. However, this also was supposedly our mistake although we made it clear that we need the kitchen no later than 10 weeks from the date of order for us to move in before school starts. There are other issues like scratches but hopefully they will at least resolve that. As to part of the kitchen that is wrong wood we don't have any hope it will be resolved as we tried to talk to customer service numerous time to no avail.

Kabinet King is the place to go for your cabinet needs. Their knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Kitchen Designer Robin, was great to work with and will recommend her to friends and family.

We were very excited to start a full renovation of our kitchen, dining and livingroom. After interviewing a few different companies we decided to go with Kabinet King for our kitchen and dining area. Troy sealed the deal as he was very knowledgeable and personable. Troy listened carefully to what we wanted and needed in our home then made suggestions accordingly. He also gave us a few ideas that we fell in love with. We love our new kitchen and dining space. We will be recommending Troy and Kabinet King to our family and friends.

I am very happy with the decision I made to go with Kabinet King for my kitchen cabinets. I have ordered 4 kitchens from them in the past 2 years for homes I have renovated. The cabinetry came in the predicted time frame and the customer service was outstanding. Sabrina from the Hillside Avenue location had many challenges to deal with in the layout . She was extremely patient and professional. She knows her business. They helped me to stay within my budget with quality cabinetry. I love all 4 of the kitchens and highly recommend them.. I would highly recommend Kabinet King. I am a first time home buyer. I did not know anything about the renovation process of my kitchen. My salesperson was Hadija. I must say...she is a gem. I had 100 questions and she was able to answer all of them. Every communication I had with Kabinet King was pleasant. Their prices of cabinets was based on your budget. I currently have a 2 colored kitchen and everything fit perfectly. I was very nervous in the beginning but Kabinet King was able to hold my hand throughout the whole process.
