DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY - WORST EXPERIENCE AS A CONSUMER EVER. Cindy sold us $10K worth of cabinetry based on high-quality samples we saw in her store. However, what we received was nowhere near the level of quality we expected we were purchasing - we sent multiple pictures showing many parts of the wood breaking apart, cracks in the paint, doors not opening and closing correctly, etc. Getting any helpful response from them was like pulling teeth - took numerous follow-ups. We were basically told that "it is what it is", that they have a no-refund policy for custom orders, especially once they are taken out of their boxes. But how are we supposed to know the material is damaged without taking them out of their boxes?! How are we just to expect to pay $10K for absolute garbage material without any form of accountability from the company that sold it to us?! We feel cheated and scammed out of a lot of money that we were saving up for our first apartment, and it's absolutely heartbreaking and enraging.
