Specialize in Kitchen & Bathroom Remodels. Experienced in all aspects of construction from new builds to highly challenging remodels. I have worked on prejcts between $100 and $1.25 Billion. My experience is that I have 20 years of construction projects under my belt and have been a project manager for over 15 years of those. I have the majority of my experience in Residential (about 16 years), Commercial (about 4 years), and Industrial (about 1 year). I enjoy remodeling and additions, roofing, and any way I can help Your Family to "Make Your House... YOUR HOME."

Beware of Ander Ford Construction and its owner, Ander Schumann. He cancelled our remodelling contract and kept our entire $30,641 deposit, claiming he had a right to do so under the contract. He didn't complete any remodeling. He didn’t even start any of the remodeling! We are currently suing him. He also filed for bankruptcy protection in August 2021. We would leave a negative star if we could!
