I had them doing a bathtub lining, we followed all their instructions and bathroom was closed for 2-1/2 days after the job was done, that was in November 2020, in January 7th 2021, part of the lining or coating broke and it’s gone, I’ve been calling them for the last 2 weeks and no one answer the phone or return any call, once 1 guy answered the phone and said my call went to him by mistake, but after that, no one answers or return calls Job lasted 2 months, obviously it is a defect but they won’r honor any warranty or even have the decency to talk or return calls A waste of time and money, stay away from them

BEWARE! Company contracts outside painters to perform surfaces. The gentleman that refinished my tub must have used an incorrect product. After a few weeks tub discolored and dulled. Company was called twice and i was told both times that i would get a follow up phone call with no RETURN phone call!

The worst company to do business with. Their work is so unprofessional and so is owner Al. Cabinets are peeling, places with no paint ,still see holes that were suppose to be filled. Customers service the worst. Refuses to make repairs. My cabinets now rub draws don't go back in cabinet handles are un even

I neglected to read all the bad reviews and see the pictures of other victims on yelp prior to hiring these folk. Please, if you're considering hiring them look at those reviews as well. This had to be one of the most unprofessional companies I had ever experienced. From communication to the skill we were left high and dry having to fix what they messed up. First, they did not cover the interior of the cabinets, so we were left with every dish, pot, glass, and remaining kitchen items covered in paint. Secondly, when they took down the tape they ripped our existing paint off walls (had to pay a painter to come in after a cleaning crew.), Third, the job looks bad as the pictures will reflect Forth reason is that they neglected to insulate the area when they sprayed and left us to inhale toxic fumes through-out the house and lastly, t add insult to injury the owner never even bothered to come to check out the workmanship nor did he respond to our complaint. The public needs to be advised as we lost over 3000 dollars!

I recently discovered Artistic Refinishing, a company that could refinish and re-glaze my kitchen cabinets at a reasonable price, and needless to say, I was very happy.

.Please hire these guys for all your kitchen refinishing needs. They reglazed and refinished our kitchen cabinets to perfection. I highly recommend them.

I had the tub and walls in a bathroom refinished by Artistic Refinishing in Boca Raton at a rental property I owned in August 2017 for $595. Within a year the walls were peeling and the tub was wearing in areas, it looked terrible and wasn’t holding up as advertised. I called Artistic Refinishing and they came out and said they would refinish it again at half price for $280 since it didn’t last. They said they would not refinish it for free as the tenants used Drano and a bathmat which voided the warranty. I agreed to this even though I did not feel those two reasons caused the walls to peel. I scheduled them to come out and when they arrived I got a another call saying that the walls look really ybad and they were only doing the tub for $280 and would I like the walls done as well which now would be the full normal price at $595. That was not what was agreed upon in writing and I was not willing to dump another $600 into something that didn’t last the first time. This time they told me the work was not guaranteed because it was a rental property! That was never mentioned or an issue up until that point and they knew it was for a rental originally and when I called over a year later. The company told me they would not make any money on this if the did the whole thing for $280! Duh, you were fixing a problem not making a profit. Needless to say, I sent them away and do not recommend them or this process as a solution to updating your bathroom. It does not hold up! This company did not guarantee the work as advertised either! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
