“Mr. Byars installed vinyl flooring in our church. He is very professional, knowledgeable of the work to be performed and thorough in writing up the proposal to the finish work. Everything was done in a timely manner as he is a perfectionist also. The job was completed on time if not sooner than proposed. Mr. Byars has done other jobs for the church as well.
