We had a flooding problem in our home and needed to replace the flooring and some walls, remodel the kitchen and bathroom (which we had earlier planned), re-paint, and add trims throughout the renovated area. It was an extensive job that they did well. The crew is very talented with their hands while being creative with their solutions. Bowman Remodeling has just closed my ADU project and these chaps have lived up to my expectations. I was aware that an ADU within the property offers immense benefits. However, there were construction challenges to meet and this is precisely where they stepped in. Their project manager briefed me on the zoning laws & setback requirements and all the regulations that were necessary to follow. They looked into the permit-obtaining process and only then touched on the construction work. They made it a point to use high-quality materials for the construction and complied with all the regulations laid down by the authorities. I am ready to recommend Bowman Remodeling to anyone who needs professional ADU construction services. I was aware of the benefits of having an accessory dwelling unit but lacked the execution skills. A friend introduced me to this team and things began to move forward once they came on board. They briefed me on the zoning laws & setback requirements. They obtained the necessary permits and then presented me with 1000 square feet of attached ADU space. The interior of the accessory dwelling unit seemed a replica of what I was shown in 3D. Our remodeling project involved the kitchen which included: Installing granite counters, tiling, New back-splash and cabinets, Relocating and installing the new stove and sink, and Installing new lighting system. In addition to the kitchen, they did other few projects in other parts of the house like: Raising the entry ceiling and Putting in new doors, etc. We found Bowman Remodeling on the internet and we asked them to meet with us in regards to the kitchen. We were fascinated with their knowledge, and design ideas. While they prepared the proposal, Jonathan came over to the house more than once and meet with us before we signed the contract. Once we started the work, we valued his capability to manage the project. They met with us at the cabinet maker’s shop where we saw several cabinet Designs, and they assist us with all the details. Jonathan did a great job with all his communications with us and with all the other people involved. Jonathan and the whole crew were friendly and great workers. They followed through on all fronts and exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with the final outcome and give our highest praises to Bowman Remodeling.

I never imagined that my kitchen remodeling can be completely very fast and in a fairly price, thanks to Bowman Remodeling! Jerry and his crew were honest the whole time, consistent, supportive and just easy people to deal with. Before hiring them, I got several proposals and they were less convincing than the one I got from Bowman Remodeling. Their estimate also included more things than the other contractors such as higher quality of materials and home automation features such as outlets, lightings and thermostat. As part of the remodeling, Bowman Remodeling was able to give me great suggestions on what I can and should include into the design of the kitchen and into the final product. I am very satisfied with the whole kitchen renovation and how beautiful and functional it is today! Bowman Remodeling went with me to his local vendors where I purchased the items I needed for the kitchen (flooring, tiles, countertops, handles, back splash and more…) – I can't say enough good things about them!

Bowman Remodeling did our master bathroom renovation from studs to stunning. They provided a 3D plan from the initial sketch drawings, a detailed estimate for the work to be completed, and a timeline for completion. The Renovation started and ended exactly as promised in record time, with the crew working diligently and clocking the right hours every day. All floors from the entry to the bathroom were protected, and dust barriers set up. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work, tiles are perfectly level, tub and fireplace centered with the back wall, all surfaces in immaculate condition at completion. Whenever there were multiple options e.g. for placement of fixtures, the crew consulted us to achieve what we wanted. We appreciate the amazing value for the project completed. We loved how Michael and his team approached every part of the project diligently, in a calm, proficient way, ensuring our total satisfaction. The project finished on time and on budget, with a happy customer.

It was a week ago that we contracted Bowman Remodeling to do a complete kitchen remodel. I didn't write a review right after the kitchen was finished because I wanted us to live in it for a while to try it out. Jerry came by our house, listened to how we wanted to change the floor plan to create more room and openness. He had the floor plan drawn with a representation of the kitchen. It was exactly what we discussed. He kept us informed of next steps in the project, was always there to answer calls or texts and kept the tradesmen on task. Jerry did a fantastic job as did all the workers. It started when scheduled and finished on schedule. We spent a little more for this project than most would consider, but the extra costs associated with hiring Bowman Remodeling is well worth the staff professionalism, skilled tradesmen and on time delivery. I would use them again. Thanks.
