He correctly figured what the problems were and did an excellent job of resolving it which required vent placement and extending a wall and roof to enclose the area where snow and ice had previously accumulated and re-shingling. “From the time I met Bill and his staff at a home improvement show in Grand Rapids, MI, I could tell they were a trustworthy company who would work hard to earn my business and provide excellent work for a fair price. They followed through with the plan and goals set forth for the addition to my home and it was completed in a timely manner. He also provided, at my request, evidence of having paid all the subcontractors so I could be confident they would put a lien on me. Each of the subcontractors are chosen because they do high quality work and are respectful of me and my home. Bill and his staff are people of integrity. This was my first big home addition/renovation. I felt like I was taking such a risk, but now that it is all done, I can say without reservation that they were fair (estimates and costs) and worked hard.”

“We used AllPro for a total master bath remodel. The planning stage was very professional. The quote was very reasonable compared to other contractors. The contract was very detailed so that we knew the expectations for the builder and client. We did have a bit of delay in starting the project due to the covid shutdown in the spring. Once the project started in the summer, we saw progress everyday. Mitchell was so helpful and did meticulous work. Everyday the construction area was cleaned and organized. We were thrilled with the final result. We highly recommend AllPro Services and would definitely use them again.”
