Bill was my general contractor who oversaw the renovation of the 1990 home we bought in Lake San Marcos. Remodeling involved widening the kitchen doorway and adding an arch. Removing soffits and adding lights to the kitchen, dining area and office and installing a ceiling fan in the office. He also coordinated and supervised the installation of hardwood floors, italian tile in the master bath, and painting throughout the house. Since we lived in Northern California at the time he kept us informed and up to date as to progress by text, email with pictures and phone calls. He brought the project in early and under budget. I can recommend him highly and will continue to use him whenever I need a contractor.
