From the first consult to the final install Casey's Creative Kitchens impressed us with every aspect of our full main floor renovation. Not only was the innovative design superior but the execution was on point. The team was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend Casey's Creative Kitchens.

Sarah Van Zeumeren was our kitchen designer and we can't thank her enough for the excellent service and creativity! From start to finish the entire Casey's team made our project a great experience. We were so impressed that Sarah visited our home before any agreement was made so that she could look at our space and get an understanding of our wants and needs. She worked within our budget and created a beautiful kitchen that was exactly what we had envisioned. Any issues/concerns were promptly addressed by the service team and we never felt dismissed. Nothing was ever overlooked by anyone on the Casey's team. Thanks again for a great customer experience!

Laura Aiken of Caseys Creative Kitchens developed and executed a beautiful and functional kitchen design for our renovated great room We enjoyed working with Laura and found her work to be of High standard with great attention to detail and quick response to our needs. The cabinet quality is beautiful and the project met both timelines and budget. Laura had creative solutions to problems and I trusted her advice.

Casey's was difficult to deal with during the planning phase (long delays to get estimates, then incorrect estimates), and many mistakes were made during installation. We did appreciate that they came back to fix all of their mistakes, however.

We were so happy we hired this company this year to complete a re-do of our office. We found them creative in their designs, great at listening to what we needed in the space and had an incredible response time when working together to find the perfect design. They were accommodating when we made changes and inquired about alternate ideas, we have SO enjoyed working with them and hope to hire them again for our front room when the time comes. Definitely recommend!

We hired Casey's Creative Kitchens to renovate our kitchen. They did a wonderful job designing it and suggesting alternative options. The designer assisted us in coordinating colours and backsplash with our existing ceramic flooring. We are very pleased with the outcome, the installer was very professional and detail oriented and the designer helped us with the entire process. They even recommended a contractor to complete required modifications prior to kitchen installation. Very happy with the entire experience and have recommended them to others.

Flawless experience with Casey's, and their Designer Brianne re my Domus Meadows of Sunningdale condo. She was never looking for the path of least resistance, she listened carefully and worked long and hard on several plan iterations until the finished design was perfect, and a true reflection of my style, which is much more contemporary than typical customers. She also showed incredible design savvy, understanding material mix and colour compliments - my interior designer did not change a thing from the proposed design. Probably the best part of the experience was her personality and the personality of the Casey's team right down to the installer. Zero attitude, always positive and smiling even though I know I was driving them crazy with all my last minute requests. I'll definitely use Casey's again if I ever do a kitchen again, but I love my kitchen so much I don't plan on moving anytime soon!!!!

Normally, we would not go to the internet about this, but please know that management was contacted and NOTHING was done in response to our complaints. Overall, Casey's Creative Kitchen has poor project management skills and we do NOT recommend them to anyone.
We had to push back our originally scheduled plumber, electrician, and backsplash installer several times due to all of the delays caused by Casey’s.
Our "3 day install" that began in November 2015 is still not completed (now March 2016)…As of today, the job has taken 7 install days with 4 different installers. Each time a new installer comes, we have to re-explain everything that needs to be done. The initial installer arrived almost 2 hours late and he told us that he no idea he was even assigned the job until that morning. Every time an installer came, they either arrived late or left early because there was a “more important” job they were needed on plus they never had all of the materials they needed to complete the job.
--The countertop did not arrive until a week after the initial date, so we were without a kitchen sink for almost 2 weeks. --They did not initially have enough trim.--The sidings on the island were not properly done and they decided to fix this on-site. This was done very poorly with scratches everywhere. They had to order new sidings because of this and come in another day to install them.--A drawer was installed with a damaged bottom, they had to replace this. --The cabinet above the stove where over the range microwave hangs was installed incorrectly. We had to get Casey’s to come back and fix this so that the electrician could complete his job.--The toe kick under the sink was installed even though the board was split. This has not been corrected yet, but they did schedule for another installer to come fix this.
Management told us the install took several days because of us- not them. We did not pay for a customized kitchen so that we could get damaged pieces installed or cabinets installed incorrectly. We understand that these types of jobs can take longer than expected, but never expected a simple kitchen to take over 4 months.

Comment from Casey's:
Thank you for your feedback Sarah. We are sorry that you are unhappy with your experience with Casey’s, as our goal is always to deliver a positive experience. We understand that there are always factors, especially in any renovation project, that can make this difficult to achieve. In looking at all of the events that occurred over the course of your project, we do feel that we did everything we could to mitigate the problems that arose and to deliver you the finished project you contracted us to provide. The only thing we did not do was agree to your repeated requests for a credit, and it was after your final request that you decided to post this review. But to say we did nothing in response to the issues you had is simply not true.
The original installer who began your project had to fly out of the country suddenly to tend to a personal emergency, and everything we dealt with after that stemmed from this unforeseen issue that was beyond our control. There were multiple installers completing your project thereafter because the original installer was unavailable to complete. These installers did not have “more important” jobs to do, rather we were trying to keep our commitments to all of our clients who also had installs booked, while trying to deal with a less than ideal situation.
The original countertop did arrive from our supplier damaged – this is something that does happen in our industry. What you didn’t mention is that we did offer to give you a temporary countertop and sink and have a plumber hook everything up at no charge to you, while we waited for the new top to come in. You declined our solution, instead asking us for a credit, and this is why you ended up going longer without a countertop/sink in your kitchen.
There were other issues with damaged product that needed to be replaced. Again, this isn’t uncommon in the kitchen industry as the product we handle is susceptible to damage, being handled by numerous people as well as being exposed to other trades who are in the homes completing flooring, electrical, etc. As soon as we were made aware of any issue, we immediately ordered the product required and had the service booked to come in as soon as it arrived. Our service manager stayed in constant communication with you and was always asking if there was anything further we needed to complete when we went out. But when things are added after the fact, we inevitably have to book another service appointment, which further pushes the completion date.
The final service that you mentioned regarding the toekick was the result of water damage that occurred after the kitchen install and we were not even made aware of this until after our final service appointment in January. As soon we were made aware, we booked the service and got it completed, as we have been doing all along.
In assessing all communications and the quick responses/reactions from our team regarding the problems that arose through the process, we feel we did everything we could to service you. No kitchen company can commit to providing a problem-free renovation process, and we are no exception. What we do commit to is dealing with issues head-on and resolving them as quickly as possible, while still providing the client with the kitchen they contracted us to provide them.

We hired Casey's Creative Kitchens after obtaining a few quotes from other providers. One of the deciding factors of going with Casey's was getting to deal directly with Lauraine. Lauraine was our designer and go to person throughout the processes. She was always on top of the project, updating us on the processes and always willing to provide and accept new ideas. Her keen eye for design was instrumental. Every single person we dealt with at Casey's was professional and personable, from the Staff at the Grainte Shop to all of the installers. Our project consisted of new counters, Carrara Marble, new sinks, reconfiguration of our island and a custom build range hood. Lauraine's ideas and drawings were fantastic, she knew what we wanted before we did! We simply could not be happier with the results. I would recommend Lauraine and Casey's to anyone considering a kitchen renovation.

I used Caseys Creative Kitchens to build my dream kitchen in my dream house. They were extremely helpful from the beginning and honest with their work. I gave them several examples and ideas for designs that I had found online and told them that I needed something budget friendly. They worked within my perimeters to give me and my family a design that fit the ideas and something within our budget. We were able to get from them sinks and quartz and granite countertops as well! The work they did was so nice I also had them do my bathrooms. The cabinetry in them is beautiful as well, and I don not think I will have to worry about remodeling my bathrooms or kitchen for years to come! Thanks Casey!
