I don’t recommend this company! I had a terrible experience during my remodel, They start the work without HOA approval after get my deposit about 6k with including take the correct permits, The permits are not corrected soo they had to stop the work with took 4 months with a mess at my house! After 4 months Joe chirino come back with the correct permits and want charge me extra 3,5k for it. Out from no where, with any work done. When I denied he offer me to a closet( with I not ask) He send me pictures of project and bring a cheap closet from [Sensitive Information Hidden] that I denied to install it at my place. I lost all my money, he never finish anything, the permits won’t never handle to me. I don’t know who did this Rewiews, but this people are extremely unprofessional, and hope no one go through I went with a older person at my house and a kid

Ediss Construction did a great job on our 2 bathroom renovations. They have a great team who communicated often to keep us aware of the schedule. They responded quickly to any questions we had or any changes we wanted to make. They kept our house as clean as possible and got done on schedule.

Ediss Construction did exceptional work. They are very professional and were extremely helpful in a very difficult situation. They did extensive water and mold remediation under the direction of an environmental inspector and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

Ediss gutted and completely renovated two bathrooms in our condominium. The quality of the work they did was excellent and they tried hard to please us. The bathrooms turned out beautiful! Each day the workers left the apartment clean. Eli and Alex were a pleasure to work with and we have no hesitation recommending them. We hope to use them when we are ready to renovate our kitchen!

I hired the company because Eli showed real care and went out of his way to accommodate us. We incurred damage to our home from hurricane Irma. It included a sizable patio roof and a flat roof of an addition along with inside damage to the ceiling of the addition. The project is still a work in progress, but we are extremely happy with the company.

We hired the services of Ediss construction after 2 duplexes were severely damaged as a result of hurricane Maria; It was necessary to remove huge trees that fell on the roof, to fixthe broken roof, to replace the ceilings, part of the walls, and to replace the flooring. It was also necessary to put together a new kitchen. All of the above was done by Ediss construction in a very professional manner and at very reasonable price and most importantly meeting the timetable.

Ediss Construction was referred to us by friends of ours which they did work for. Joe and Eli came over, gave us an estimate and a 3D rendering of what our bathrooms would look like after completion. They began the permitting process and work right away. They are professional, reliable and keep their word. They kept us in the loop even when we were away and always asked our opinion before making any changes. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and we would highly recommend and use them again.
