Nancy is terrific to work with - she has impeccable taste. Just as importantly, Nancy listens intently to make sure she captures the flair and ideas of her customers. I've worked with other designers in the past who design without incorporating the sensibilities of the customer, with mixed results. Balancing this, Nancy will very quickly and directly tell the customer if their ideas are not fitting for the room. And she is cost conscious - she will also let you know which ideas will stretch the budget and works hard to keep everything cohesive and on track. You can have confidence that the end product will be tasteful, in your esthetic, and on budget. Also notably, Nancy is a chef who designs kitchens particularly well - my kitchen is beautiful and highly functional. Her bathroom design is equally strong and now I am using her to create flow throughout all of the rooms in the house. My guests are noticing and praising all of the changes we are making. Best of all, Nancy is a wonderful, funny, delightful human being. I enjoy our time together.
