From September 2021- May 2022, Gilbert and his team from Elevare Builders, LLC realized the home remodel of our dreams. Segmented spaces were opened and transformed into a modern kitchen and dining space with views of the Sandias and seamless access to outdoor living space. Natural light floods in from doors, a folding window, an overhead solar light tube and glass block wall. Overhead lighted cabinets, dimmable LED lights, and electric fireplace set the mood for any occasion. An outdated bar, dining room and study were converted into a new guest bedroom with modern ensuite bathroom and solar powered skylights with blinds. Carpeting and tile floor were replaced with luxury vinyl plank flooring from NM Flooring Solutions (6’ x 9” boards) that together with ‘Swiss Coffee’ paint put the finishing touches on a unified modern look throughout. Interior design by Jeannette Salazar Interior Design, LLC, solid walnut cabinets by Oscar Lerma Precision Cabinetry, LLC, electrical by Gray Wolf Electric NM, appliances from Builders Source. Elevare Builders also gave the exterior a facelift with new tile roof and stucco finish. Gilbert was on site every day to manage the work, worked with inspectors, secured relevant permits, ensured load bearing beams were properly reinforced, and that all aspects of the project were completed up to code. Gilbert and his crew did an outstanding job on my rental home remodel. They did an entire kitchen remodel, including opening up the space to the dining room. The wall was load bearing (and had a crawl space) which required a structural engineer, along with highly skilled craftsman to install a header and footer. The workmanship was superb. They were timely, professional and friendly during the five week project. The final result was spectacular. We couldn't be more pleased. Additionally, Gilbert and his crew did a bathroom remodel, which also turned out great! I highly recommend Elevare Builders (I have recommended them to several friends - which they are in the process of utilizing their services). They are now my "go to" company. The Elevare team helped remodel our 1990s kitchen in Socorro NM. They helped us realize our dream kitchen within time constraints expected, they worked carefully and had extreme attention to details.

The remodel went great, the bathroom turned out beautifully. Gilbert and his team are true professionals with exceptional work ethics. I was pleased every step of the way, from Gilbert's quick turnaround time on the estimate, through to the final product, and then a phone call thirty days later to make sure I was still happy with their work.

We were pleased to call Gilbert and the crew back out to do a 30 x 40 concrete pad for a shop we were building. We already knew they would do a great job, show up on time and be fair in the estimate which they totally did. Planning on getting them out for electric work as soon as I get it built!!
