Alan and Fine Point Homes saved us after another contractor left our home a mess. We had to redo a lot of the work especially with our tile work and finish was was left undone. Alan went above and beyond with communication and attention to detail that we lacked from our previous contractors. I recently had an issue pop up that was not a part of our proposal and Alan was quick to jump in and help get us on the right path. I would gladly work with him again and recommend Fine Point Homes.

As a designer of over 30 years, I would recommend Alan and Fine Point Homes to anyone who’s looking to remodel their home! I’ve worked with a lot of different contractors and Alan has been the best and easiest to work with. He is truly dedicated to his clients and his projects, his attention to detail is unmatched and his communication throughout the entire remodel process was so helpful. His initial plan was the most detailed plan I’ve ever received and I really appreciated his thoughtfulness as he thought through every detail of our remodel. The planning phase included a thorough budget and project schedule to work from. Once the process started, he sent me daily recaps of the progress, along with pictures. This was so helpful as I was out of town during the majority of our remodel. Most projects tend to cost way more than contractors initially say they will, and take twice as long as you want, but with Fine Point Homes, our remodel was complete right on time and within the budget we had originally discussed! Alan was great to work with and I’ll continue to hire him on all of my projects in the future.

I hired Fine Point Homes to make repairs to the office/warehouse that I own. His company gave a competitive bid, and they finished the work on time as agreed.
