Houston Custom Remodeling

Never finished the project, careless and shoddy work. We've had outstanding issues with our home for 6mo now. HCR fabricated excuses about poor craftsmanship and damage that was clearly made by their team because they were too lazy to repair. We paid in full in good faith that Cole and team would complete the job and fix the issues as stated, but as soon as they received the final payment they became rude and hostile-- insulting us and even hurling vulgar language. They also constantly reminded us that our nearly whole house reno and garage addition were pennies compared to their other jobs. Truly have never had such an unprofessional experience. In hindsight, would have paid far more for a different contractor to actually get quality work and not go through this awful experience.
