Kamil and his team are punctual, professional, responsive, and excellent at what they do. My project wasn't easy, and we had a lot of minor obstacles arise. Kamil found solutions for everything, and was incredibly patient in dealing with all the glitches we hit. At the end of the remodel, the bathroom looked even better than I'd hoped it would. I would highly recommend Ideal Remodeling, and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for another project.

Kamil and his team remodeled our Chicago condo. They were highly professional and did a great job. Felt the price was excellent for the amount of work done. Staff was always on time, and cleaned up before leaving every night. They delivered what they promised and on time. Would highly recommend Ideal Remodeling. I hired Ideal Remodellig to remodel a bathroom, install all new tiles and floor molding, and to install hardwood floors. The did an extremely fast and neat job. I was very happy with their work.

First, let me say I value and appreciate the Ideal Remodeling team lead by Kamil. Kamil and team proved to be very attentive and flexible while working through my projects. The full team was professional, respectful and talented. Beginning with the proposal process, which was timely and efficient, I felt comfortable with Kamil. During the full project, the team arrived each day on time and worked full days. The finished product is beautiful and I am very happy with the work provided by the Ideal Remodeling team. During any remodel or construction project there is going to be issues and delays. For my job, most delays had nothing to do with the Ideal team; yet Kamil and team offered suggestions and assistance to work around and/or resolve. Their ability to remain even keel and professional is much appreciated during any remodel. I originally contracted Ideal Remodeling for only the remodel and tile work. But halfway through these projects, I became more impressed with Kamil and crew. Given the earned level of trust and their workmanship, I cancelled my planned painting contractor and gave the painting job to Kamil and the Ideal team also. Our unit is approximately 3000 square feet with full crown moldings in all rooms. The paint job included a detailed design plan and required attentive focus. The finished work is impressive. Additionally, a leading member of the team, Martin, installed complicated tile work to walls that fully meant my high expectations. Kamil and the Ideal team also back up their offer to provide follow-up work if needed. We completed all work prior to moving into our new space. After move-in, Kamil and team returned to touch up walls marked by moving company and also address a few final punch list items. I trust if any future issue arises relating to work performed, Kamil and Ideal will address in the same professional manner as demonstrated during the projects. If I have any future remodel or construction needs, I will not hesitate to call upon the Ideal Remodeling group!

We had a great experience working with Ideal Remodeling. The quality of work was excellent, and Kamil is very easy to work with. The quote and contracting process was simple, and their contract is straightforward and easy to understand. The job took longer than anticipated, but this was partially because we increased the scope of the work and partially because we have an older house. and they had to do some additional work once they got behind the walls. Kamil and his guys are great about paying close attention to details (making sure everything is even or level). Kamil was also really patient and answered any questions we had or explained processes to us, since it was our first major home renovation project. They were also very respectful of our home and cleaned up the work space at the end of every day. We plan to use them again, and have already recommended them to a few of our friends Services Performed: Major bathroom renovation. Installed new tub, shower, shower wall tile, bathroom sink and cabinets, and pocket door. Minor work in the kitchen including replacing the ceiling, installing new lighting, and installing new island cabinets. Minor electrical work including moving two electrical boxes. Installed new drywall and painted where necessary..

Our 2 bedroom 1 bath finished basement flooded and they remodeled the entire finished basement. Installed floors, patched drywall, installed baseboards, painted, remodeled two closets, and installed can lights in bedroom. Additionally, they sealed some outside windows and doors and helped fix a broken gutter. My husband and I thought Kamil and his crew were great. Kamil was always very attentive and responsive, and they were always reliable and on time. They addressed all of our concerns throughout the project and made sure that the work was done to our satisfaction. During the remodel, Kamil and his crew noticed that we had some other issues going on with water coming into our basement and they worked with us to fix the issue. Additionally, Kamil went above and beyond by helping me fix a rain gutter on the side of the building which was really helpful! We will definitely use this company in the future and would absolutely recommend using them.

I have used Ideal Remodeling on my downtown Chicago apartment renovation project as well as my suburbs home a couple years back. The supervisor on both projects was Kamil. He was always helpful with any questions I had and very responsive to any text, email, or phone call. The estimate that was given was within our budget. The whole crew worked very hard to complete the job on time. They were professional, clean, and paid attention to any small detail my wife requested. Ideal Remodeling was able to work with the building management on providing all of the necessary licenses, insurance forms, and any other information in a timely manner. Not only was the finished product spectacular, but the entire process from the beginning through the clean up and final payment was professional, efficient, and pleasant. We're very happy and enjoyed working with the Ideal crew on our remodeling needs over the years! :)

I hired Ideal Remodeling for my master bath project. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and was delighted with the responsiveness of Kamil. He is a gold star in my book! Details: I pre-purchased items for the bath, namely tiles and vanities. All items were scheduled to arrive at the onset of the project, however, they did not. The design I originally had in mind for the bath flooring left me short on tiles. And to make matters worse, some of the tile I'd purchased were a fraction smaller than I needed (which Kamil explained). Ideal was flexible. Kamil assisted with re-working my original plan and it turned out beautifully!! I installed a different tile on the shower and tub floor to preserve my main tile. For the smaller tile which was part of my design scheme, Kamil and his team cut tiles to fit my design perfectly. They also made small changes to vanities at my request and kept me grounded with costs to remain within budget. They arrived early daily to prep and get started. The team covered my hardwoods so they would not get damaged by the work, and were always courteous and helpful. Great team. I love my new bath!!

My entryway is two stories tall and quite large since it also includes the upstairs and downstairs hallways. It was an ugly green and had many imperfections (dings, dents and holes). Ideal Remodeling patched, sanded, primed and painted, all in the correct order, and now the entryway is a sexy sandstone color with a darker color being on the main wall. I could tell the pride they take in their work via the multiple times they re-patched and re-sanded after they already finished painting. I appreciate this because when I notice an imperfection I will obsess over it for quite some time. I also am very anal about the straightness of the lines where the colored paint meets the white ceiling paint. My lines are as perfect as the drywall they are on and this is something I can never accomplish myself. 5 stars all the way around!
