We had Erica Entner at Lowe's in Alcoa, TN coordinate our bathroom renovation and can not express how pleased we were with her guidance and the professional contractors doing the work. She was there for us every step of the way, along with the project specialist Jessica, and the contractors doing the work were excellent.
