LV General Contractors

Recently we were looking for a house painter that would be reasonable, efficient and familiar with how Homeowner Associations work and be in compliance. We found all that and more with Las Vegas General Contractors and their representative Jeff Trotter. We could not be more happy with the way the work was done and completed ahead of schedule. Jeff was attentive to our requests and timelines and proved they are true to their word. The workers got right to it and we were impressed with the way they all worked together. Many of our neighbors have taken the time to stop by and tell us how nice our house looks, Thank you Jeff and LVGC!

My wife and I recently embarked on a mission to have our builder-grade bathrooms updated to our liking. New to the Henderson, NV area and unfamiliar with local contractors made the endeavor a bit nerve-wracking. We took on our due diligence and obtained four bids before landing on our choice. Jeff and Robert from Las Vegas General Contractors (LVGC) by Fenix Construction initially landed a close second behind our original choice. Although we liked Jeff and Robert and found their bid fair, because of their lack of reviews, we initially decided on a competitor. Jeff’s perseverance and references led us to change our mind at the last moment and give their company a chance, and I’m glad we did. Sub-contractor Fernando did a spectacular job on the bulk of the project and his tiling work was exactly what we envisioned, with attention to detail. Although we anticipated delays, we experienced more of a delay than expected resulting in a completion date about a week and a half later than expected. Along the way, we did experience a couple mishaps, a broken sink (quickly replaced by the responsible sub-contractor that same day) and a broken sliding door (pending repair by Fenix Construction). Would we hire LVGC by Fenix Construction again? Absolutely! When sub-contractor Fernando ran into scheduling conflicts because of pending jobs, Fenix construction quickly stepped in and completed the project by tiling our kitchen backsplash (beautiful work; refer to the attached photos). Because of the mishaps and Fernando working a bit more disorganized than we preferred, taking much longer than anticipated to complete the project and awaiting repair of our broken glass slider, we’ve currently rated them a four star out of five. We will update our review and change the rating to a five star as soon as the sliding glass door is repaired.

Jeff and Robert were extremely personable and professional in their approach to our painting need. We entertained several estimates, the others from strictly painting contractors, but in the end LV General Contractors got our business. The craftsmen that attended our house listened to our concerns and went above and beyond to ensure we were more than satisfied, that we were ecstatic. All of this because our HOA said we had to paint! An added note - once Jeff and Robert inspected the job, they insisted in doing a little touch up themselves - something no one else would have noticed! Their personal attention to detail made all the difference. An added note, three weeks later - We asked them back to paint our metal gates and garage doors and just as before we are more than thrilled with the outcome. This Company is now our "go-to" with any need. I may need to find something to remodel just to have them back. Hire LV General Contractors you won't be disappointed. We highly recommend them.
