Served as the general contractor for a complete renovation of a Florida condo. All employees are professional, competent, available, pleasant and responsive. Project is still in progress and proceeding at desired pace.

We worked with Greg on a few projects last year. Greg is a down-to-earth guy that has a good heart for quality and delivering a great product to his clients. We assisted on two kitchens and together we were able to expedite the projects effectively, efficiently, and with great joy from both clients. Greg and his team completely gutted and renovated my two bedroom condo vacation rental. Their workmanship was excellent and he was willing to address and have flexibility with any problems or issues that occurred on our end or his and provide reasonable options/solutions. He was very competitive on his pricing and I appreciated his desire to have the condo look as nice as possible, he obviously takes pride in his work. His designer, Rita also helped me choose all the fixtures, tiling, granite, ect. and made it very easy for me. Even though were managing this project remotely from over 1000 miles away which can be difficult, I think it came out great and went very smoothly and would be of course use the company again and recommend them to others.

Commented: Kids room disasterHi there!! Here are my first thoughts :) Remove paneling. If removing the paneling is not an option- paint the paneling a light bright color! Easy fix for the light factor!!

Commented: FloorsYes, they are porcelin, tile, distressed wood look, 6x40 Mythos Beige. I looks like it has more creamy tones in this picture but it also has grey tones.
